Next Monday morning BOC meeting ought to be interesting and should bring a few words from pundits. Two items in particular hold interest. One of the past and one of the future.

The Targeted Industry Study hopefully will enlighten us on where the county is headed economically and socially. What it most likely won’t do is hold anyone accountable. All the best plans without follow through and implementation are worthless.
We should be excited to hear this news and I for one look forward to finding out how Henry County will change for the better.
